Could it be I am enjoying workmanship purses as much as I do globule weaving? Nah!! But I did take delight in making these purses. The pile is crafty with all kinds of sewing stores printed on it. Buttons, pin cushions, tape measures, slender cord, dressform, hearts, etc. I had equitable enough material to create two purses. They are one and the same except for the buttons. I didn’t have four similar so used two distinct sets.

These purses shrink off as a diamond make and then the front bottom tip is turned up. I stitched this level for a smoother gaze. The top tab for the button is created by fold the top point similar a “man’s tie” and then sewing on the button to clinch tab in place.

So other than sewing a few seams and adding two pockets to the inner part lining, that about does it for the sewing part.
