I lastly...recovered my dining chairs! I kept delaying because I thought...I don't deficiency the kids to get them soiled. I'll make site slipcovers, so I can throw up them in the wash., but I never did. So, I bit the bullet and lawful put them on. Yes they'll get dirty chocolately diet stuff on them, but I Have affection for the fabric and it was much easier than hard to sew a slipcover. Who has duration for that?

Just unscrew the situation from the underside of the seat, measure your pile, staple on & extortioner the seat back on. I didn't even tease to take the old fabric off. Right staple on over the top. Such a mere freshen up!
